We change hours and procedure of operations due to COVID-19

Perfect Décor has paid close attention to the outbreak of COVID-19 since the beginning of January. We have been assisting our clients and staff in staying healthy by taking the following operation changes:

 

A. We will temporarily implement special operation hours as below:

1. Burnaby factory

Monday to Friday 9:30 – 16:00

Saturday by appointment only.

Sunday close.

2. Richmond Showroom

By appointment only.

 

B. We will temporarily implement special operation procedure as below:

1. DESIGN & MEASUREMENT

  • Sales and measurement by appointment only. One measurement per day on jobsite or one client per day in store.
  • Designer will wear a mask while communicating with clients. In the meantime, we suggest clients to wear masks for protection.
  • 2-meter social distancing is strongly encouraged during communication.
  • Clients may not arrange other on-site jobs on the same day as our measurement proceeds.
  • Staff might take off masks temporarily for fresh air while working. We appreciate your understanding.
  • Staff may call for termination of job if the working environment feels unsafe.

2. INSTALLATION

  • Installation appointment scheduled beforehand. Only one installation per day.
  • Installation technician will wear a mask while working on site. In the meantime, we suggest clients to wear masks for protection.
  • Installation technicians work independently or in separate rooms on jobsite. 2-meter social distancing maintained at all times.
  • Clients may not arrange other on-site jobs on the same day as our installation proceeds.
  • Staff might take off masks temporarily for fresh air while working. We appreciate your understanding.
  • Staff may call for termination of job if the working environment feels unsafe.

3. WAREHOUSE & OFFICE

  • One to two persons per day on duty in warehouse and office.
  • Staff is suggested to wear a mask while working.
  • No-contact pick-up. For all pick-ups, call us from the parking lot, and we will place the order at the door to the warehouse. Communications follow the 2-meter social distancing guideline (If need help for loading, please contact beforehand).
  • Disinfecting procedures strictly followed by the end of each day, including warehouse and office, company vehicles and operating equipment.
  • Please consider short delays for sales orders during this extraordinary time. We appreciate your patience.
